About Mogi Bagel

Hi! My name is Megan and I'm the creator of Mogi Bagel!! I'm so glad you're here.

Mogi Bagels are New York style bagels, which means they are sweetened with malt, hand-rolled, boiled in a water + malt bath, and then baked. They have a crispy exterior and a soft & chewy inside.

I often get asked—why bagels? The answer is simple: bagels are delicious, and there aren't a lot of bagel options in Minneapolis. People want bagels!! It's been fun to hone down on one product and make it the best I can. I taught myself how to make bagels with trial & error and tons of research. I hope you like them! :)

Right now, Mogi Bagel makes bagels in a commercial kitchen and sells them at pop-ups around the Twin Cities. We hope to open a storefront in the future! Please join my email list to stay updated!
